Organo administrativo mundial de la Iglesia Adventista del Septimo Dia, organizado en 1863. Es el nivel superior de la estructura administrativa adventista, del que dependen las divisiones mundiales. Su Comision Ejecutiva (Spring Meeting / Annual Council) aprueba la creacion y reestructuracion de uniones y divisiones; por ejemplo, en su reunion de primavera del 12 y 13 de abril de 2006 aprobo la reestructuracion de la Union Misión Peruana en dos uniones.
